Santiago is divided into 3 missions-The North, The East and The West. Elder Kennedy is serving in the Chile Santiago-West mission. He gets the west side of the city of Santiago, but he also gets all the cities southwest stretching all the way to the coast.
Elder Kennedy is so excited to be serving in a spanish speaking mission! He reports the the Provo MTC Wednesday January 30th 2013 at noon.
Fun Fact: Santiago Chile is located along the same latitude lines as San Diego...it's just in the southern hemisphere and not the northern. However because they have similar latitudes...Santiago has very similar weather as San Diego. Meaning he will experience anything from high 30's-high 90's in the winter and summer months.
